Usui Reiki Level I (Shoden)
This attunes you to the first degree of Reiki which means you can treat yourself, your family, pets or any willing
volunteers. Shoden is a one day course with a comprehensive manual sent out prior to the course so that the day is mainly practical. 
 10am to 5pm
  The course fee includes
a comprehensive Reiki manual and two CD's, vegetarian lunch, refreshments and ongoing support.

Usui Reiki Level II (Okuden)
Being attuned to level II Reiki means that you can be a practitioner and obtain practitioners’ insurance.   Okuden (Second degree) practitioner training is taught over two days and again resources will be sent for home study prior to the weekend. 
Two days (approx 10 - 4pm) may be over a weekend or separate days
The course fee includes
a comprehensive Reiki manual, a CD, vegetarian lunch, refreshments and ongoing support.

Usui Reiki Level III (Shinpiden)
Shinpiden (Third Degree) Master/Teacher will be taught over two days with resources sent out as before. The option of becoming a teacher following this training is entirely up to the student. 

Two days (approx 10 - 4pm) may be over a weekend or separate days

The course fee includes
a comprehensive Reiki manual, 2 CD's, a DVD, vegetarian lunch, refreshments and ongoing support.
