I am a spiritual medium with over 15 years of experience as a holistic therapist.  I have a keen interest in the ancient traditions of energy medicine and mysticism and the role of the balance of mind, body and spirit as a way for you to gain tangible health benefits and optimum homeostasis.  My aim is that you will leave your time with me feeling refreshed, re-energised and ready to face the world.  When I'm not doing this work, which I love,  I enjoy spending time outdoors in the beautiful landscape of the Staffordshire Moorlands and Peak District, with my husband Andrew, and our energetic rescue poodle, Merlin.
